Bullying can have a profoundly negative and long-lasting impact on the victim but here’s a creative initiative that is drawing attention to the problem and raising awareness around it.
To This Day is a project that addresses the problem by enlightening parents and schools about the effects of bullying.
Based on a spoken word poem by Shane Koyczan, To This Day saw Koyczan working with production house Giant Ant in developing a video comprising submissions from more than 80 motion artists and animators on the topic of bullying. The video featured here is the result of this effort.
The collaborative volunteer efforts show what can be achieved when a community of caring individuals unite around a common cause.
