Italian designer Luca Vagnini has designed a portable mini lamp, ideal as a floor lamp but it also works very well as a table lamp.
The “Chick Lamp” is made of oak wood with a box joint with black or white lacqured iron rods to hold it together. On both sides of the box-shaped lamp, glass has been sandblasted, with a chrome toggle switch.
Following a very simple form, the entire structure of the “Chick Lamp” is held together by only two small screws located underneath the wooden box.
“Chick Lamp” works with low energy bulbs and Vagnini is still looking for a producer for this design.
