Ilya Kalimulin's Unexpected Products are a quirky jab at brands we love

What would an air horn made by Pampers look like? How about bullet casings made by M&M?

Russian graphic designer Ilya Kalimulin has created a photo series that takes an interesting jab at some famous brands. It is an imagined range of products that turn the idea of a curated brand identity on its head.

The series, Unexpected Products asks questions like, “What if Kinder Surprise candy was reimagined as a condom?”.

The Moscow-based artist creates a visual joke of brands such as Heinz, Lipton and M&M.

In a world where brands take meticulous care of how they are represented and who they are associated with, Kalimulin imagines products in a tongue-in-cheek way.
