Tom Dixon’s latest pendant light brightens any space with a magical luminosity.
Dixon’s “Bead” and “Top” pendant lights are inspired by the designer’s love of molten globules of glass. Resembling a drop of water or any other liquid, each pendant distorts the light as it filters through the dense raw glass.
The “Bead” and “Top” pendant lights are made by taking glass directly out of a furnace and blowing it by mouth to shape as desired. Each shade is then annealed in a kiln, hand-cut and polished.
