Africa's next creative vanguard at Design Indaba 2017

This year we have a very strong hand of African designers joining us at Design Indaba Festival. From local graduates, to international superstars, data designers, creators of alternative worlds, and musicians to make you move, we're bringing you the continent's next creative vanguard. 

South African designers behind Dokter and Misses will be bringing their work to life with a full-blown singing, dancing African ensemble; Nairobi-based music producer Blinky Bill will be speaking on the Conference stage and throwing beats on the Artscape Piazza as part of Nightscape, London-based Nigerian designer Yinka Ilori will be telling the stories that go into his chairs; Jabu Nadia Newman and her Foxy Five cast will be giving our audience a schooling on what it's like to be a young feminist in South Africa; and on top of all that we've got more to share on the 10 African designers who'll be creating a new range of products for Ikea.
