Following on from his Clay collection presented at the Milan Furniture Fair in April 2011, Maarten Baas now presents the Plain Clay series.
Plain Clay presents the same gorgeous products but at a more affordable price, making it more user-friendly and accessible to a larger part of the market.
By streamlining the production, the Plain Clay series can be made available with a discount of 50%. By keeping his retail prices lower, Maarten Baas hopes to make his work more accessible.
In addition to the standard pieces in the Plain Clay series, Baas is also able to make custom pieces though the prices of these will still be higher.
